We run a variety of courses to help you learn who Jesus is and what the Christian faith is all about. Come along to ask your questions, engage in discussion and find out why we think the Bible is great.

What courses are on?

We run Alpha and Christianity Explored courses because we think they provide a great introduction to the Christian faith and give you the opportunity to ask the questions that are bugging you.

There’s also the International Christianity Explored if English isn’t your first language. Check our Internationals page for more information.

For people who have committed their lives to Jesus and want to keep learning how to follow him, we offer Christianity Unlocked and Learn Your Faith.

What will happen?

Each session starts with food – everyone who attends enjoys a meal together cooked by volunteer chefs. Then the groups split according to which course they are doing. For Alpha there is a dedicated DVD and book that the group works through. In Christianity Explored we watch a DVD, before splitting into smaller groups to begin studying Mark’s Gospel.

Each group, led by church members, unpacks the Bible, wrestles with the big questions and engages in exciting discussions as they learn about who Jesus is.

Leaders also find their faith stretched, challenged and increased through their involvement with the course, as they share their story and think again about the big questions of Christianity. (So if you’re a church member interested in leading one of these courses, do let us know.)
