Spanish team 2016

A team of six young people recently went to Spain for two weeks to work alongside our sent mission partners Peter and Kate Knowlson and a team from Spanish evangelical churches. They have been involved in outreach in the towns of Peñarroya and Azuaga (to where Peter and Kate are moving), and sent us this video update.

Wonderfully Made

We run a parent and toddler group called Poppin at our city-centre church on Monday and Tuesday mornings. We have over 100 families over the two days. Many of the parents, grandparents and carers would not come into the church apart from Poppin. People are extremely positive about it: the lovely helpers, decent coffee, a new church lounge, and good toys.

Bible and Culture

I spent last week on the edge of Berlin teaching on the Bible and Culture course, as I’ve done for the last eight years. It’s a four-week programme for IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students) staff and graduates from Europe and Eurasia. This year, we had 35 participants from the UK across to Kazakhstan.
