Eddie and Sue Arthur

Eddie and Sue have worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators for over 35 years. They started their ministry working as part of the team translating the New Testament into the Kouya language of Côte d’Ivore.

Sue is a translation consultant, she helps to train teams of translators and works with them to ensure that their translation is faithful to the original languages. Her main area of focus is in Madagascar, but she works with teams from other parts of French speaking Africa as well.

Eddie’s job title is theologian-researcher, he works with churches, mission agencies and other groups helping them to think through what God is doing in the world today and how this should impact the work that they do. He also writes a regular blog, contributes to Christian magazines and has written chapters for a number of books.
