Phil and Tany Prior
Phil and Tany are working with Wycliffe Bible Translators
More than 1.5 billion people do not have access to a word of the Bible in their own language. Wycliffe Bible Translators are part of a global movement of organisations supporting the church to enable people to hear God speak to them in their own language.
Phil and Tany work with Wycliffe Global Alliance. An organisation that connects more than 100 national Bible translation agencies around the world. The Alliance provides leadership and direction from a global perspective to these national organisations. They look to support local leadership in their work through local churches and community groups, to see individuals, communities and nations transformed through God’s love and word expressed in their languages and cultures.
Phil works as the Director for Communication with the Alliance’s global leadership team. Tany works as an administrative assistant for the Communications team, as well as leading the older adult's ministry at Above Bar Church. Together they have two children and live in Totton.
